From my first phonecall with simply digital and Lawrence in particular who has gone above and beyond to provide me with the exact website I want. Review: I found out my website were built in India, when i was told it would be built in house and could not be sourced elsewhere. Not an honest company. True cowboys. I was their biggest customer and found them to be Shockingly bad at almost everything. All my websites NEVER worked properly, issue after issue.They promote their business as if they were a larger company, but they are small and lawrence was the only person dealing with everything. For me Lawrence was the problem, always getting things wrong and frankly lacked customer care. One thing I could not fault them on, if things were wrong they would sort things out for free, but things were always wrong so when problem after problem after problem and months went into years hoping my sites would work, i just lost faith and in the end it got so bad i had to give them a deadline to fix all my websites and working without any issues. This never happened so i took them to court. I had invested over £14,000 pounds and left with nothing to show for it except one ecommerce site which has never been online as it poor quailty in design and function left me no choice but to keep it on the back burner for now.The only thing i would say that came good of a very bad experience from a company that over promised and massively under delivered to the point it left me re-thinking my business stragety. And we are now in a much stronger position
